This is a company specializing in professional and industrial ozone generators for water and air purification treatments. primarily provide technical services to install, start up, repair and maintain ozone generators.

They approached Fleyenda Flow for assistance in creating a customized ozone system. Sanitary fittings must withstand exposure to ozone and other disinfection agents. Ensuring that the materials used are ozone-resistant and compatible with the specific chemicals involved is essential. And need to withstand operating temperatures of 20–40 degrees Celsius.
After understanding the critical nature of the project, our professional team worked closely with the client to provide 30000Pcs sanitary connectors.

2. African Steel Plant Applications：
The client is one of the largest and most modern steel complexes in Africa, primarily providing one-stop services and diversified products to the entire steel and plastics industry.

In metal smelting processing, the working temperature exceeds 500C-2000C, and sealing is very important. Metal seals are often used in valves. The service life of metallurgical valves is generally 2-3 years, and they are industrial consumables. In particular, steel plants require a large number of spare parts every year for the maintenance of blast furnace converter systems, so the corrosion resistance of valves is very high.

After confirming multiple working conditions with the customer, Fleyenda Flow mainly provides the customer with manual butterfly valves and gate valves made of SS304 and SS316. After the goods were replaced in March, the customer praised the goods in September this year and expressed his willingness to continue purchasing from Fleyedna next year.
