The valve is a low-platform rising pole industrial straight stroke pneumatic gate valve (double-layer cylinder with buffer mechanism) and manual with protection mechanism (manual and self-locking air manual switching device). Adopting a double-layer cylinder structure, fundamentally solves the common problem in single-cylinder pneumatic gate valves that the valve body wedge is stuck and cannot be opened. It is also equipped with a buffer mechanism, reducing wear on the sealing surfaces and preventing the gate from seizing.

This low-platform rising stem Industrial Straight Stroke Pneumatic Gate Valve (double-layer cylinder with buffering mechanism) and manual with its protective mechanism (manual and self-locking pneumatic-manual switching device). Using a double-layer cylinder structure, the lifting force of this valve is twice that of a single-cylinder pneumatic gate valve. That fundamentally solves the problem of wedge jamming in the valve body that prevents it from opening, which is common in single-cylinder pneumatic gate valves.

Moreover, the pneumatic gate valve is equipped with a buffering mechanism. Which effectively slows down the impact on the sealing surfaces of the valve plate and valve body caused by the downward movement of the piston when closing the pneumatic valve. This helps reduce wear and tear on the sealing surfaces and prevents the gate plate from getting stuck.
