Hydraulic rubber hose conveys hydraulic fluid to or between hydraulic components. Components include valves, tools, and actuators. Hydraulic hose is usually flexible and reinforced. Hose is often made up of several layers of reinforcement. This is necessary because hydraulic systems operate at high pressures. Suitable for hoses using petroleum-based hydraulic oil with a temperature range of -40°C~+100°C (-40°F~+212°F).
Application : Medium and high pressure circuit with restricted installation space
The outer layer of the Fleyenda anti-static UPE suction and discharge chemical hose is made of EPDM rubber, and the inner layer is lined with UPE containing conductive carbon black. It is reinforced with high-strength synthetic fibers and two spiral steel wires. It features wear resistance, pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-static properties. It is suitable for working environments ranging from -40°C to 100°C and can withstand a working pressure of 10Bar.
Applications: food, chemicals, lithium batteries, raw materials for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, inks, and more.
Industrial high-temperature steam hose use EPDM internal and external rubber, with a metal braided reinforcement layer in the middle, and can withstand 18bar working pressure and operating temperatures from -40ºC to +220ºC. It has excellent high-temperature, acid and alkali, and aging resistance.

Applications: ESP, steam transportation in chemical plants, cooling water for refrigeration equipment, hot and cold water for engines, food processing, etc.
