SAE 100R2 hydraulic flexible rubber hose consists of an inner rubber layer, an inner rubber fabric protective layer, a steel wire winding layer, a middle rubber layer and an outer rubber layer between the steel wire layers. SAE DIN EN braided hydraulic rubber hose is intended for use with petroleum- and water-based hydraulic fluids at temperatures ranging from 140° to 100° C. It is made up of an oil-resistant synthetic rubber inner tube, steel-wire reinforcement based on hose type, and an oil- and weather-resistant synthetic rubber cover. To attach the synthetic rubber to the wire, a ply or braid of appropriate material may be applied over the inner tube and/or the wire reinforcement.

The outer layer of the Fleyenda anti-static UPE suction and discharge chemical hose is made of EPDM rubber, and the inner layer is lined with UPE containing conductive carbon black.
