Electric ball valve is an important actuator in industrial automation control system. Electric ball valve is a valve that rotates around the axis of the valve stem according to the movement of the valve disc. Working principle of electric ball valve:

The electric ball valve has the action of rotating 90 degrees. The plug body is a ball with a circular through hole or channel through its axis. The ball valve in the pipeline is mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium for the electric ball valve. It can be closed tightly with only 90 degrees of rotation and a small rotating torque. The ball valve is most suitable for use as switch and cut-off valve. The development has designed the ball valve for throttling and flow control, such as V-type ball valve. The main characteristics of the electric ball valve are its compact structure, reliable sealing, simple structure, convenient maintenance, the sealing surface and spherical surface are often closed, not easy to be eroded by media, easy to operate and maintain, suitable for water, solvent, acid, natural gas and other general working media, but also suitable for the media with poor working conditions, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene, which are widely used in various industries. The ball valve body can be integral or combined.
