The explosion-proof valve is used in the dust removal system containing combustible gas or combustible substances, and can be used as a pressure relief device for explosive pipes or equipment. The diaphragm of the explosion-proof valve shall be calculated according to the operating pressure of the dust removal system and the content of combustible substances, and then the material and thickness of the diaphragm shall be selected. The normal operation of the system shall not be affected by improper selection.
There are two types of explosion-proof valves, horizontal explosion-proof valve and vertical explosion-proof valve. These two types of explosion-proof valves adopt the structure form of explosion-proof diaphragm cover. The vertical explosion-proof valve is installed on the cylinder, while the horizontal explosion-proof valve is installed on the top.
Explosion-proof valve is mainly used in the hydraulic system of equipment without mechanical locking system, such as large mechanical stage, lift, elevator, car detection and maintenance girder, etc., to protect against safety accidents. It is a locking measure of hydraulic system. This requirement is a necessary requirement in the CE certification, so the explosion-proof valve was first invented and produced in Europe. Later, it was spread to China and widely used. The explosion-proof valve has simple structure, compact and compact shape, and can be easily connected to the entrance of the execution unit.
The working principle of the explosion-proof valve: the solenoid valve has a closed cavity and a through hole at different positions. Each hole leads to different oil pipes. The middle of the cavity is a valve, and two electromagnets are on both sides. The magnetic coil on which side energizes the valve body will be attracted to which side. By controlling the movement of the valve body, different oil drain holes will be blocked or leaked. The oil inlet hole is normally open, and the hydraulic oil will enter different oil drain pipes, Then the oil pressure pushes the piston of the oil cylinder, which drives the piston rod, and the piston rod drives the mechanical device to move. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the current of the electromagnet.
