GATE VALVE FEATURES

  • Small Fluid Resistance: the internal medium channel of the valve body is straight, and the medium does not change its flow direction when flowing through the gate valve.
  • Torque: The torque required for opening and closing is small.
  • Medium: It can be used on ring network pipelines where the medium flows in both directions, that is, the flow direction of the medium is not restricted.
  • Construct: The body structure is relatively simple and the manufacturing process is good.
  • Sealing: the sealing surface is less eroded when fully open.

It depends on the torque of actuator.
The detailed timing would be as the following:
·Fleyenda-05(50Nm)-20 seconds
·Fleyenda-10(100Nm)/ Fleyenda -16(160Nm)-25 seconds
·Fleyenda-30(300Nm)/ Fleyenda -60(600Nm)-60 seconds
·Fleyenda-125(125Nm)/ Fleyenda -250(2500Nm)/ Fleyenda -400(4000Nm)-100 seconds.
Our regular electric actuator can't be resettable automatically while power-off.
But it can go to the multiturn electric actuator model with the extra electrical storage device along,
which acheieve the valves can be automatic reset(normally closed) while power failure.
Electric haven't had the limiting operating time.
It can be working for 99 hours continually without getting heating.
