Using large-scale digital integrated chips has powerful functions and high accuracy. FLE-Z20-SKG rotary actuator with globe valve is mechatronics-designed, small and lightweight. A professional current hysteresis sensor is used to measure the torque value of the output shaft, thus improving the accuracy of the torque measurement value. The error rate is ≤5% and can be dynamically monitored and displayed. It can alarm in cases of overtorque or stalled rotors. The displacement measurement uses an integrated hybrid encoder with photo-electromagnetic technology, so the basic error of the valve positioning progress is level 1 accuracy.
