Plastic Material Performance Introduction
FRPP Material Performance Introduction:
FRPP is a reinforced polypropylene, which is RPP with added glass fiber reinforcement. It enhances stiffness, is less prone to deformation, and offers more stable performance. It can be safely used under rated temperature and pressure. Its thermal conductivity is only 1/200 of steel pipes, with excellent thermal insulation properties. It has reliable connectivity, with high interface strength. It is corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, high-pressure-resistant, sanitary, non-toxic, and recyclable.
It is suitable for transporting industrial corrosive liquids (such as acidic and alkaline solutions) and municipal drainage systems.
UPVC Material Performance Introduction:
UPVC, also known as PVCU or rigid PVC, is an amorphous thermoplastic resin made by polymerizing vinyl chloride monomers with certain additives (such as stabilizers, lubricants, and fillers).
CPVC Material Performance Introduction:
The resin is chlorinated modified PVC resin. After chlorination, the irregularity of molecular bonds increases, polarity increases, solubility increases, and chemical stability increases. This enhances the material's heat resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, and oxidation resistance. The mechanical properties, such as thermal deformation temperature, are also improved. The chlorine content increases from 56.7% to 63-69%, and the Vicat softening temperature increases from 72-82°C to 90-125°C. The maximum service temperature can reach 110°C, and the long-term service temperature is 95°C.
PPH Material Performance Introduction:
PPH (Polypropylene-Homo) is a modified polypropylene with a uniform fine Beta crystalline structure, enhancing its excellent chemical corrosion resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and good insulation properties.
PVDF Material Performance Introduction:
PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) is a semi-transparent or white powder or granule. Its molecular chains are closely arranged with strong hydrogen bonds. The oxygen index is 46%, it is non-flammable, with a crystallinity of 65%~78%, density of 1.77~1.80g/cm3, melting point of 172°C, thermal deformation temperature of 112~145°C, and long-term use temperature of -40~150°C. PVDF has strong wear resistance, impact resistance, high fade resistance, and UV resistance in extremely harsh environments.
PTFE Material Performance Introduction:
PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is a high molecular compound polymerized from tetrafluoroethylene. It has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing performance, high lubricity, electrical insulation, and good aging resistance.
EPDM Material Performance Introduction:
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a terpolymer of ethylene, propylene, and non-conjugated diene. EPDM's main polymer chain is fully saturated, giving it excellent resistance to heat, light, oxygen, especially ozone. It is essentially non-polar, resistant to polar solutions and chemicals, has low water absorption, and good insulation properties. |
