On Tuesday, the Fleyenda team suddenly received a message from a European client, informing us that he was in the neighboring city. After further inquiry, we discovered that the client's schedule was very tight. The Fleyenda team quickly responded and decided to travel to the client's city for a face-to-face meeting. Within two hours, colleagues from the sales and technical departments prepared the necessary materials and samples. The sales manager and a sales representative then traveled to Shenzhen to meet with the client.

This European client is a company that provides EPC services for industrial boiler and power generation systems. After further communication, we learned that the client needed a batch of valves for their boiler system to achieve flow control and regulation. The application environment involved hot oil pipelines at a constant 280 degrees Celsius. We had in-depth discussions with the client to analyze the corrosion, temperature and pressure, surrounding environment, and worker conditions. Simultaneously, we communicated closely with our technical team and quickly provided the client with a solution featuring manual carbon steel hard-seal ball valves and globe valves, along with flow meters and other accessories.
During the face-to-face meeting, Fleyenda’s sales representative Cherry gave a detailed introduction to the performance and advantages of these valves and provided professional technical answers tailored to the client's specific application scenarios. This is an ongoing project that requires a quick delivery time. Our production department also responded swiftly and provided a delivery timeline that satisfied the client.

Ultimately, the client decided to adopt our recommended solution and successfully reached a purchase agreement. This collaboration not only resolved the client's urgent needs but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation.
