The fluorine-lined flanged pneumatic butterfly valve is specially used to control corrosive or highly corrosive media. The inner surface of the valve body is covered with various fluorine plastics to choose from, which has the characteristics of high strength and good corrosion resistance.
The pneumatic fluorine-lined valve is used in conjunction with the actuator. It has dual functions of switching and flow adjustment. It can conveniently open and close the gas path without affecting the flow rate, ensuring the repeatability of the flow rate. Slow start-up reduces the impact of instantaneous pipeline pressure on the instrument.

Assembly by the pneumatic actuator and butterfly valve body, controlled conveniently by a 2/5-way solenoid valve. Pneumatic globe valve is a forced sealing valve. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are made of iron-based alloy surfacing or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing, which has the characteristics of good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and long service life. When the pneumatic valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the valve disc to force the sealing surface to prevent leakage.
The valve disc and valve seat sealing surface of the pneumatic control globe valve are made of iron-based alloy surfacing or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing. The valve stem has been tempered and surface nitrided, and has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance.
